Kim and Katie recap the Family Staycation they took part in at Our Lady Queen of Peace Retreat Center, Vacation Bible School, and Catholic Night with the Memphis Redbirds game, just to name a few. Joe also has an update about his Guardian Angel.....

Sometimes Catholics are criticized for following "rote prayers". On this episode, Kim and Katie set the record straight as they discuss the importance of Mental Prayers in our spiritual life. Kim and her family had an epic weekend, as they celebrated her brother in laws ordination to the Priesthood. In fact the Catholic Diocese of Memphis ordained two priests this weekend; Fr. In light of our countries 250th Anniversary, this year, the US Conference of Catholic Bishops will consecrate the USA to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. In honor of this, Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Germantown is hosting a study on the Sacred Heart of Jesus Devotion. Kim and Katie are joined by their friend Jessica Scott, all of whom are halfway through the study, and they're going to share some of the things they've learned so far.

Katie and Kim are gearing up for Ordinary Time. They also reflect on the emotional roller coaster the Apostles must have gone through from Holy Week to Pentecost. Kim is grateful to have Katie back on the show this week, and Katie is grateful to have her husband Jason back safely, from the 250 mile marathon he ran last week in Arizona.
